Communication troubleshooting

Communication is not the same as the reasons for the loading is not the same, may be due to the following reasons, please according to the listed and your operation:
Make sure that the control system hardware is powered on. (5V)
Check and verify that the serial port for connecting the controller is a straight line instead of a cross line.
Check and make sure that the serial connection is intact and there is no loosening or shedding at both ends.
LED display control software and the control card, choose the right product model, transmission right, correct the serial number, the correct baud rate and control software provided in the dial switch plan correctly setting control system hardware address and baud rate.
Check the jumper cap is loose or fall off, if the jumper cap did not loose, please make sure the jumper cap in the right direction.
If the above check and correction is still not loaded, please use a multimeter to measure, or computer hardware of the control system is connected to the serial port is damaged, to determine whether it should return the computer manufacturers.
