Search for no control card WiFi signal

  1. Check the control card power supply is normal, voltage is 5V, control card is exclusive of a power connection port.

  2. Check whether the control card antenna is placed outside the box.

  3. Check whether the running lights on the control card are flashing (green light or yellow light). If there is no flash, please turn off the screen and restart the display. After the restart, the running lights still don't flash. Please change the control card.

  4. The control card running light flicker again, please change the phone to try.

  5. Check the button on the control card to see the connection status of the control card, whether it is a direct connection or a router. (a few times on the test key screen will show direct connection or connection success or connection failure)

  6. If direct connection, please pay attention to the control card WiFi signal. If the connection is successful or failed, it is the router mode. Please restore the control card to the factory settings, and also connect the router to control the display screen.

  7. If the above operation can not be connected to the control card WiFi, the control card is bad, please change the control card.

Control card connection LAN search not control card

  1. Check the button on the control card to see the connection status of the control card, whether it is a direct connection or a router. If the direct connection is displayed, it indicates that the control card has failed to connect the LAN settings. Please reset the connection.

  2. If the connection is successful or the control card can not be searched, the IP of the Ping control card can be controlled, and if the Ping is available, check whether the computer firewall is intercepted.

  3. See if the IP of the control card is in the same segment as the IP of the computer. At the same time check whether the control card IP conflicts with the IP of the computer.

Control card to restore the WiFi password

    The WiFi password is restored to (88888888) when the control card is tested by the control card for 15 seconds and the control card WiFi information appears on the screen.PS:This function only supports 7 generation control cards!

  1. Power failureTake out the control card, check the back of the control card and find the mark D2 GND Two small holes.

  2. Short connection D2 and GND, short connection to power, and other control cards on the green light one second flash, power off.

  3. Break the short connection between D2 and GNG and reconnect. The control card WiFi password recovery is (88888888).
