With a cross or through cable directly to the computer control card control card, check whether the net mouth seat green constant flashing red. And the local connection of the computer will prompt "connected"
If the line is connected to the computer, the local connection is not connected. Please check the net. If the replacement card can confirm the computer, cable are good, the control card hardware failure, need repair.
If the first step is normal, the computer IP is set automatically, and then the software is used to find out if it can be found.
If you can't find it, connect the control card to the screen, enter the test state according to the test button on the control card, then press on until the card's type, IP and other parameters appear on the screen.
At this point, check whether the control card IP is in the same segment as the IP of the computer. Look up again.
When you find it, you can revise the control card IP as needed. If you can't find it, check to see if the software is blocked in the firewall. You can try Ping instructions to see if the control card can be Ping.
Ping can not be found, usually because the firewall is intercepted.
If Ping can not be used, it is a special problem. We may consider contacting the clerk to return the control card to the manufacturer for repair. (PS:ping IP step diagram is as follows)
