Fault and elimination method

The common faults in the operation of LED display system and its elimination:
The whole screen is not bright (Hei Ping)
1, check whether the power supply.
2, detection of communication cable is connected, whether or not the wrong. (Tong Buping)
3, synchronous screen detection card and receive card communication green light flashing.
4, the computer monitor is protected, or display screen is black or pure blue. (Tong Buping)
5 check whether the voltage on the receiving card behind the screen is +5V
The whole unit panel is not bright (Hei Ping)
1, several plates transverse direction does not light, check cable between normal and abnormal unit plate unit board connection is connected or chip 245 is normal.
2, the number of consecutive plate longitudinal direction is not bright, check whether the power supply is normal. (normal supply voltage is DC 5V)
The unit board does not light up
1, check with 4953 or 127 line output pin is connected with the leg module.
2, check whether the normal work of 138.
3, check 4953 or 127 burn or burn.
4, check 4953 or 127 is high.
5, check 138 and 4953 or 127 control pin is connected.
6, check 4953 or 127 control pin and ground short circuit
Unit board not bright
1, check whether the normal work of 595.
